let us face fact ... every lifter or bb I know are caffeine addicts
( or complete caffeine free freaks IMHO )
what is your favourite brew.?
I do Sumatra , gold coast or komodo dragron .. I don't like the Pete's
and the blonde is not bad if you not looking for something a little less over the top

if I have to choose a favourite it is Sumatra

I'm a freak, I like the tripple shot with milk. I use to have my own espresso machine then it didn't do enough for me so I started taking Vivarin caffeine pills. 400mg in the morning and 200mg around 6:30pm. I want to get back to coffee though. I love dark coffee with milk and sugar. My dark is a lot darker than most peoples dark though

I don't do Starbucks often. Usually do a nice organic Colombian grind black with a little sugar in the am.
When I do Starbucks I like flavored ones as that's not my norm. Gingerbread, hazelnut latte are damn tasty for a treat.

I buy the caffe Verona beans, grind, and brew it myself. I can make it super strong and its a hell of a lot cheaper than getting it in the store.

Exactly! The stuff I get is $8 a bag for organic quality beans. That's like 2 Starbucks lol.

well for cost , I buy a gift card at Raise.com usually 20% off..Then wait until there is a sale at Starbucks.com like to day is 25% off. or better when they have the buy one get 50% off

as virian ... I had a college acquaintance (that is the limit of what I will say about him) at one point was chopping them up and snorting them .. said it was better than coke.. hmmm I took his word on that ..
that was right before he went into rehab..

We have switched to the Safeway brand coffee, brew it at home and it is perfect, if we see some Starbucks or Peets on sale we will grab some, but as long as it is Sumatra or a dark roast coffee I am happy. Nikki was a Barista at Starbucks when we were reacquainted and the only thing from Starbucks I wanted then was her...so had my order filled .

Coffee from Starbucks and Coffee Bean makes me sick. I don't know what they use but it always upsets my stomach. The last time I've been to Starbucks, however, one of the few things that I'd drink is the Strawberry & Cream.

Ordinarily, I find that most donut shops have much better coffee and I've gotten hooked on Vanilla Nut flavor.

Buy my Sumatra at Costco. But better yet when I can find it is the Rhodesian. Grind it at home and just a little bit of non dairy cream....dam lactose intolerance. Oh and a French Press is the only way to go.

Why do u like the french press zed??
We have a single cup unit u put grinds in. Way less hassle. My father in law always uses the French press we have. Never saw the point of it?

Makes it very easy to make my cupa whatever strength I want it to be. For my pre workout cup it will tak the chrome off a spoon. But for breaky not quite so violent.
